Move forward with confidence.

Sam Houliston – Employment Barrister.

Employment law representation for employers and employees.

Clarity

Employment issues almost always come with uncertainty.

My role is to get a good understanding of the situation and clearly explain your options, so that you can make your decision with confidence.

Every file is different. I am always learning something new, but my approach is consistent: considered, practical, and striving for clarity where there is confusion or doubt.

How I work

Experience

For the last ten years, I have practised solely in employment law. I have advised and represented employees, unions, and employers across Aotearoa. I’ve worked on a wide range of employment matters.

My experience as an employment lawyer is supplemented with a background in general civil and criminal litigation, including as a health and safety prosecutor. I know how different areas of law fit together and can use this to your benefit.

Employees
